At Dabur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases; if your items don't meet your expectations, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure that all apparel, including our signature Dabur Chyawanprash branded merchandise, remains unworn and with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the fashion items, such as your Chyawan Granules themed apparel, into their original packaging along with the packing slip.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
